Product Description: Oily yellow liquid with a slight turbidity.

Field of Application: Based on complex composition of surface-active substances, components of mineral and synthetic oils, designed for lubrication and cooling of share blades of glass forming machines.

Absence of animal fats is a distinctive feature of this lubricant.

GELLTEX-417 is bioresistant and prevents development of biological deposits on the equipment. Optimum performance of lubricant is provided by its dilution with water with a hardness of not more than 0,040 g/l.

GELLTEX-417 performs well even in systems infected by microbiology.

Advantages: excellent shear-cut; good cooling effect; high resistance to hard water; excellent corrosion protection; reduction of build-up on share blades and mechanisms; good detergency; decrease of share blades wear; no gome and deposit on share blades; protection from microorganisms, inhibition of their development; reduced consumption (dilution with water to 1 : 1000); use in tank and jet blending.
