Cooling lubricant for share blades of glass forming machines

Description: a complex composition based on mineral oil, surface-active substances, synthetic fatty alcohols and ester-containing oil, due to which Gelltex 420 has good lubricating properties. Special additives inhibit the biological activity of working solutions and protect the metal structures of the equipment from corrosion.

Field of Application: lubrication and cooling of share blades of glass forming machines.

Advantages: excellent shear-cut; good cooling effect; high resistance to hard water; excellent corrosion protection; reduction of build-up on share blades and mechanisms; good detergency; protection from microorganisms, inhibition of their development; using in tank and jet blending.
