Lubricant for share blades of glass forming machines

Description: a complex composition based on surface-active substances and synthetic fatty alcohols.

Gelltex 425 is preferred for use in conditions when the water quality for preparing the emulsion is worse than the requirements for supplied water.

Field of Application: lubrication of share blades of glass forming machines.

Advantages: excellent shear-cut; good cooling effect; high resistance to hard water; excellent corrosion protection; reduction of build-up on share blades and mechanisms; absence of any oils in its composition; protection from microorganisms, inhibition of their development; very stable, does not break within 120 hours.
